Bruce Altman, managing director with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC's Advisory Services and Financial Opinions team, was quoted in Kenneth Klee and Suzanne Stevens's article, entitled "Out of Kilter," in The Deal.  

In the past 10 months, it has become extremely difficult to value a company. "In today's markets, we're at a point where you can't get buyers and sellers to agree on what a reasonable set of projections is. They look at the world very differently," says Altman.
