Amal Lahoud

Amal Lahoud joined KPMG Coroprate Finance in 2002. She advises clients on the execution of sales and divestitures, acquisitions, equity and debt financing, valuations and strategic assessments. Amal has executed on numerous engagements, representing middle market clients across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, business services, industrial markets, aerospace and defense, and consumer markets.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Amal worked for Andersen Corporate Finance LLC, the investment banking and financial advisory arm of Arthur Andersen LLP, advising on several M&A and financing engagements across various industries. Prior to that, Amal held an officer level position in the commercial banking division of a large financial institution underwriting credit for lending purposes, monitoring a credit portfolio, and advising on alternate cash management strategies.

Amal Lahoud holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California and a B.S. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
