Guy Wilkinson has over 8 years of experience advising on PFI, project finance, and P3 transactions.  Guy advises both public sector and private sector clients.  For public sector clients, Guy focuses on evaluating bids, reviewing financial models, assessing value for money and risk, development of Full Business Case, and negotiating payment mechanisms. 

With respect to the private sector, Guy advises on bidding in the waste industry consortiums, including running bank funding competitions, development of financial models, strategic advice, and advice on development of payment mechanisms.

Guy holds an B.A. in History from the University of York in Heslington, York in the United Kingdom.
