Mark Rider

Mark Rider has been a member of the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC for more than 3 years. His experience includes a full range of services, delivered on the path from project inception to financial close, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, RFQ and RFP drafting assistance, commercial bid evaluations, and analysis to support negotiations following award of preferred bidder.
Prior to joining the Global Infrastructure and Projects Group, Mark worked in both Audit and Tax with KPMG in London, providing financial services to major UK and US public companies.
Mr. Rider has provided advice to the Texas DOT on their US$10+ Billion CDA program. As part of our team serving TxDOT, he specialized in the provision of financial and commercial analysis on projects being considered for PPPs. In particular, Mark assisted with the financial aspects of evaluating private-sector proposals for the SH121 project, assisted with the DFW Connector RFQ drafting, analyzed responses to the NTE RFQ, led the DFW Connector RFQ evaluation and has provided financial modeling services on projects throughout the state.
Mr Rider has also provided financial and commercial precedent research to support negotiations on the Capitol Beltway, provided financial analysis of revenue sharing contract terms for the DOT, and is responsible for the financial modeling of the I-95-395 project.
Mr. Rider received a Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University in England.
