Rebecca Brokmeier

Rebecca joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2006. Rebecca has over four years of experience in investment banking and over eight years of experience in the consumer markets industry. Rebecca has acted as financial adviser on numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, financings, fairness opinions, strategic assessments, and valuations. She has worked with companies of all sizes, ranging from large multinational publicly-traded companies, to private/family owned businesses.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Rebecca was an Analyst at Wells Capital Management, a mutual fund company, where she made investment recommendations and performed extensive industry and company research in the consumer products, food and beverage, retail and packaging sectors of the high yield fixed income market.  Prior to Wells Capital Management, Rebecca was an Analyst at General Mills, Inc. in the Treasury and Financial Shared Services departments.

Rebecca holds a B.B.A in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin.
